Buckets

All BKT plastic buckets are injection moulded from polypropylene, are food-safe and liquid-tight. They are suitable for both the food and non-food sectors.

BKT has the possibility to decorate buckets by means of different processes. The highest quality option is the so-called In-Mould Labelling (IML) process. In addition to IML decoration, we can also decorate the buckets in a customer-specific way by printing. On the one hand, there is the possibility of offset printing the buckets with up to 4 colours. As an alternative to offset printing, the plastic buckets or also the bowls can be decorated at BKT using the screen printing process.

Depending on the area of application and requirements, most buckets can be supplied with curved profile brackets, flexible band brackets or, according to the customer’s wishes, with metal brackets. In addition to almost 30 standard colours, we are happy to adapt to customer requirements with special colours.

Furthermore, you can obtain food-legal declarations of conformity for all buckets on request. Of course, we can also provide you with a migration analysis on request.
